What does this mean?
This formula calculates the Adjusted Ideal Body Weight (AIBW) for women by taking into account their height and body fat percentage.
However, ideal body weight formulas are just estimates and should be used as a rough guideline rather than an absolute target.
Other factors such as muscle mass, bone density, and overall health can also impact a person’s ideal weight.
